My day
My day was okay at best. It started out with me feeling like crud and me not wanting to move around too much, but I some how mustered up the strength and went to school, a little sick and all. At school, I really didn't want to do too much work so in my weight training class, all I basically did was run for about almost ten minutes. Then came my fifth period geology class, in which all we did was watch a video which was cool with me. After that came lunch and I just basically hung out with my friends until sixth period began. My sixth period class happens to be Art 1 and we are creating cartoon characters, which I named mine El Oscuro Guerrero which means Dark Warrior in English. Then came the Rally. I don't really like Rallies that much, so I go to the Anti - Rallies just to hang out with friends. The rally lasted for about half an hour and then I went home. SO the plan for me tonight is to try to relax so that my sickness can calm down a little bit over the weekend.

The Star Wars Empire

It was not too long ago when the Nintendo 64 was the biggest game system on the block. At the time it had everything, from graphics to great games. But one of its greatest games was the Star Wars games. Now everyone knows that Star Wars has been around for years, mainly in the movie department, but as the years went by so did the Star Wars games for the new game systems. Over the years, the Lucas Arts Company has promoted many Star Wars games. Some of these games are Star Wars Knights of the old Republic, Star Wars Battlefront 1 and 2, Star Wars Episode 1 The Phantom Menace and Star Wars Pod racers. Star Wars Battlefront 2 is the sequel to Star Wars Battlefront 1, but it is way better because not only do you get all of the clone and storm troopers, but you also get the main characters from Darth Vader to Anakin Sky Walker. But the latest installment to this great empire is Star Wars the force Unleashed. In this game, you get to play as Darth Vader's apprentice Galen Marek or better known as Star Killer. As you go on in the game, you have to hunt down some of the remaining Jedi after order 66 and at one point, begin the rebel alliance at the will of Darth Vader. As you gather the remaining enemies of the empire, you get betrayed by Darth Vader and become a Jedi with a mission: save the leaders of the rebel alliance. One of the final bosses in the game is Darth Vader himself and you have to battle him until you get to the final boss: The Emperor. When you defeat the Emperor you free the rebel alliance and they escape before The Emperor tries to kill them and Galen Marek Chooses to sacrifice himself in order to save them. In the end Galen Marek is the one that gives Senator Bail Organa, Jedi master Rahm Kota and Princess Laya the hope to finish what he started and that is free the galaxy of the empire. Overall the game play, graphics and storyline was awesome and I give it a 15/5.
A History making year

This year so far has been historic in American history. For example, the Arizona Cardinals manage to make it all the way to the Super Bowl for the very first time in their team's history. But the most historic thing by far was on January 20th, 2009 when Barrack Obama became the first ever African American president in U.S history. This is historic because the U.S now has the first ever different race at the head of a nation. If this is how historic the beginning of the year is, then I can't wait for the rest of the year to come to the United States of America.
But as for now, I am happy with waiting for history, and taking each day one step at a time and waiting every single second, minute, hour, day, week, month and year of my life.

A historic week.

This week is historic in many ways for many people. For me and many others, not only does the week include Martin Luther King Day, but it also includes the inauguration of the first president of African American descent, president elect Barrack Obama. This is historic because for the first time in U.S history a African American is president and I see it as a good thing. But as far as my personal week goes, it was pretty good. I got watch my Sister Katie play two games of Soccer and win this week as well. I also got to see one of my friends that had his arm or wrist broken, and see how he was doing. Turns out he's doing well and is great condition, considering that the accident was in June or July of last year. As far as the rest of the week goes, I can't wait to see how it all plays out.

The week so far
This week by far has been up and down as far as difficulty goes for an 11th grader. I have felt many highs and many lows in my life, but this week was the toughest by far in recent memory. The highest point for me this week was when I won a card tournament last Monday but I had to walk from my house on Solano Dr, onto Prim Rose and to the Public Library. The lowest point was last night when I did nothing but homework for five hours straight. The main reason why it took so long was mostly and mainly because I didn't start my history homework which was due today in my history class. But the upside to this is at least it is done and I don't have to do it again or at least anytime soon in the near future. So far this day has started out great for me plus I'm going to a Birth day party so there's a guarantee to be some fun for me sometime today. And that was my week so far.

My evaluation of "The Dark Knight"

"The dark Knight" was one of the best movies I have ever seen in years as far as an action flick goes. You have the original main characters from Bat man and Commissioner Gordon to Two Face and the Joker. As the movie goes along Bat man is faced with a all new set of challenges as Gotham grows and at one point is turned up side down by the Joker and his games. He proved that no matter how great you are, you can still be broken down. At some point in the story, the character known as Harvey Dent, or one of Gotham's greatest hero's, loses his soon to be wife Rachel. Thanks to that stunt, pulled off by the Joker and some gasoline on Harvey's face mixed along with some fire on it, he becomes Two Face. In the end, Commissioner Gordon describes Bat man as the hero Gotham deserves but doesn't need, and dubs him the nick name of The Dark Knight. Throughout the movie you can see some psychological reality that can relate to the real world. For example, The character Two Face has half of a normal human face and the other half is burnt. This shows that there's always two sides to every coin and two sides to every person no matter how much we want to hide that fact. Overall, I give the movie a 10 out of 10 or even more because I found it to be thrilling and exciting as the plot began and continued to unfold we got to see a little bit more of Bat man's mind and how he never tries to cross the line that separates him from being a hero to wanted criminal.

My day
My day started out just like any other normal day would for any other person. I woke up, got ready and went to school. As the day went on I meet with my friends and we just played some card games and had fun. Then we got on a conversation of school projects that we have to do for a while. I heard some people saying they had to work on art projects, others said they had to work on biography homework. When it came to me, I told them I had to do a blog project for my English class. Sure some laughed, but I told them that I had a fun time doing some blogs and I really liked doing them. "The reason why I like doing blogs," I said "Is because I just find them to be very fun as I go along typing the blog." And as I go on with this one, I find it to be more and more fun as I continue and I don't want it to stop. But like all stories, this blog has an end. As for the rest of my day, well I had to Cook dinner and keep the arguments in my house down to a minimum. And that was my day.

Each person has a different story
Every person you meet will always be different from the other no matter what . Some say life is like candy. It's sweet and you never want it to stop.Others say it's like a puzzle. Some pieces are harder to find and place them in the right spot or you don't know if they fit at all in any spot. One thing they both agree on is that life has its addictions. If you look at them, they both have their problems. Life can be so sweet that at one point you'll do anything to keep that sensation going and you are just waiting for the downfall. On the opposite hand those that don't fit in keep working and working until they find a way to fit in. And that includes doing drugs and killing your body over time. But when it comes down in the end all pieces have a place on the puzzle and all sweet sensations must stop and you must get a shot back to reality.
